The Food Safety Authority of Ireland has released a handy new information leaflet on food allergens for food businesses.
The FSAI said: "Our information leaflet Allergen Information for Non-pre-packed Food explains the legal requirements and suggests possible ways that food businesses can ensure they are complying with national legislation."
