The Food Safety Authority of Ireland is reminding owners of food businesses who have reopened under Level 3 Covid-19 restrictions of their food safety and hygiene obligations.
The FSAI advises that all staff, be they returning, new or temporary, must be trained to their level of responsibility in food safety and hygiene, and suggests that refresher training might be required.
