4. How the body is harmed through incorrect manual handling techniques
5. How to handle loads safely
6. Practice in safe handling of loads -
   1. Lifting to and from ground level
   2. Lifting to and from a height
   3. Pushing
   4. Pulling
   5. Lifting bags/sacks
